We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Care Representative to service existing clients and assist in growing a Financial Services agency. You will have the opportunity to be a team member for one of the top financial services sale’s agencies in the country. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with clients on all aspects of the insurance plans, take payments, explain coverages and offer needs-based solutions.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with them, as needed.
• Work with the owner to establish and meet service and marketing goals.
• Use a customer focused, needs-based approach to inform customers about insurance and financial services options
• NO cold calling
• NO Quotas
• Base salary with performance bonuses

Training:

• Paid training and reimbursed licensing costs. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NO EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
• Training will comprise product knowledge, application solicitation and office skills as well as a vision of the agency’s philosophies and priorities. Do you have what it takes to compete for this position?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
